English Pressed Iron Deep Cake Tin with Loose Bottom, 9"

An unusually deep and heavy-gauge steel cake tin, pre-seasoned with Sussex flax oil giving a naturally non-stick finish. The loose plate on the bottom is ideal for the baking of cakes, and other goods — allowing you to effortlessly pop out the finished product to enjoy. Pressed and finished in Shropshire by Netherton Foundry, a company with a noted commitment to sustainable sourcing and local manufacturing. Flax seasoning results in a hardwearing, repairable, and naturally very low stick finish which should improve rather than degrade with age and use. 23cm / 9 inch diameter, and 12cm deep.
