Austrian Enamel Frying Pan, Wooden Handle

Austrian Enamel Frying Pan, Wooden Handle
£69.00
Ex Tax: £57.50
An enamelled steel frying pan, expertly glazed in red and black, with a wooden handle to keep your fingers cool, and a brass hanging loop for ease of storage. Made in Austria by Riess Kelomat. Powered by their own hydroelectric power plants, this carbon neutral Austrian company provides a model for environmentally responsible industry. Tracing their roots back to 1550 they are proud of their tradition for excellence, and reputation for high-quality cookware. 26cm diameter. Induction compatible.

Care Advice

Suitable on all heat sources, including induction. Use the lowest possible temperature for at least a minute to ensure even heating throughout the pan and prevent warping. This is especially true when using an induction hob, which will heat very quickly and powerfully. Enamel can chip upon impact. Provided there are only chips on the exterior surface the item will still be safe to use. We recommend repurposing or disposing of enamel products chipped in the interior. Treat the wooden handle when necessary with a food safe mineral oil to keep the wood from drying out and prevent warping or splitting, which could result in the handle coming loose.
