A Sabatier-K 10 inch, or 25cm forged carbon steel for the honing of stainless, or carbon steel knives, black handled with alloy riveted scales in the style of the Authentique knives. Made by K Sabatier, one of the two original Sabatier families working from Theirs, France, and a company renowned for the quality of their classic hand-ground knives. Carbon steel, so keep dry and oil occasionally to avoid rust.

Care Advice

Despite its name, stainless steel is not 100% rust proof. With that in mind, we still recommend hand washing, and storage in a dry environment.
