Suitable on all heat sources, including induction. Use the lowest possible temperature for at least a minute to ensure even heating throughout the pan and prevent warping. This is especially true when using an induction hob, which will heat very quickly and powerfully. Enamel is suitable for use in the oven. Enamel can chip upon impact. Provided there are only chips on the exterior surface the item will still be safe to use. We recommend repurposing or disposing of enamel products chipped on the interior surface. Enamel is generally dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing especially when items are chipped.
