A Sabatier K, traditional black handled stainless steel 8.5" yatagan carving knife, named after a Turkish style of recurved sword whose blade form it resembles, a narrow bladed style, which reduces sticking and allows for the most delicate of carving operations. Made by K Sabatier, one of the two original Sabatier families working from Theirs, France, and a company renowned for the quality of their classic hand-ground knives.
