Hot forged 7” chrome plated, dipped handled, side-bent cutting out scissors, ideal for use on flat surfaces, or for the accurate cutting of thicker papers and card as the angled handles help minimise disturbance of the cutting plane. Made in Sheffield by the firm of William Whiteley & Sons, tailor's shear and scissor makers since at least 1760 and generally recognised as one of Europe's, if not the world's longest established scissor makers.
