Japanese Extending Leaf Rake

A 24 fine wire tined adjustable and extendable leaf rake from Niigata Prefecture Japan. Quickly adjusts with an arc of 14cm to 40cm by way of a wing-screw and sliding bar. The stainless steel wire tines have slight ball tips to help prevent sinking and catching on soft ground, whilst the handle is of aluminium and extends giving a variable total length between 115cm and 170cm whether that be for easier storage or access to tight spaces. A wider mouth is useful for the gathering of leaves and damp grass, whilst narrower setting are better for removing moss and drier grass cuttings.
