Pallarès Magnetic Knife Block, Oiled Beech

A simple magnetic knife block made from oiled beech — for keeping stainless or carbon steel knives safely within easy reach on your kitchen worktop with an engraved Pallarès logo to the bottom right. Made by the artisans of Pallarès Solsona in the Catalonian region of Spain, the one surviving knife and tool maker in a town once dotted with small manufacturers. Now with a workforce of 15, the management still split their time between administration and manual craft production.
