Cut, ground, polished and sharpened by hand in Massachusetts, this full-tang knife has a tapering handle with a cut-away thumb hold at the blade end, making it comfortable and easy to grip. A proffessional style bread knife such as this is perfect for cutting through thick crusts while keeping soft centres in tact, but can also be used for cutting into thick skinned fruitm and veg like pineapples, melons, squashes, pumpkins, and tomatoes.
