A standard walnut and stainless steel dough scraper, crafted out of sturdy steel with brass rivets and a durable dark wood handle. This scraper is ideal for slicing and moving dough throughout the kneading and proving process. The thin blade can be used to cut a dough into portions, to gather and lift finely chopped herbs and ingredients from a board, to score bsucuits and soft cheeses, to clear flour from boards and surfaces, to gently move pastries and delicate creations, and to shape and lift the dough when still sticky.
