Lamson Fish Slice or Spatula with Walnut Handle, Left Handed

A left handed walnut and stainless steel fish slice, crafted out of hardy american stainless steel with brass rivets and a durable dark wood handle. Commonplace in professional kitchens, these are used best to flip over delicate items like fish fillets or pancakes, with slots allowing for excess juices and fats to drain away. The oval shaped handle allows for a comfortable fit in the hand, and the ultra thin blade is designed for precision as well as strength. Made by Lamson, America’s oldest surviving cutlery company, operating out of Massachusetts since 1837. Available in left or right handed iterations. Blade length: 17cm, handle length: 12cm. Hand wash only.
