Handmade Wooden Spatula, Colombian, Slim

A slim wooden spatula, shaped by hand by makers in Colombia, with an angled end, useful for getting into corners of pans and underneath food whilst cooking, and for flipping and turning food. Care as you would for any other wooden utensil — wash with hot soapy water, don't leave soaking and give it a bit of food-safe mineral oil once in a while when it's looking thirsty. Please do expect small irregularities in shape and colour as this is a hand carved item, with a very variable grain, and each one is unique. 30cm long.
