A simple fruit, paring or table knife crafted from stainless steel and sustainably sourced ebony. Hand produced in Catalonia at the workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès the one surviving knife and tool maker in a town once dotted with small manufacturers. Now with a workforce of 15 the management still split their time between administrative necessity and manual craft production.

By purchasing this item you are confirming that you are over the age of 18, and that we may contact you prior to dispatch in order to verify this. Orders including any bladed items will incur an additional courier age verification charge and legally require delivery to persons aged 18 and over.

Care Advice

Hand wash and dry well with a soft cloth immediately after use. Ensure the knife is never left sitting in wet conditions. High quality stainless steel knives will often include a high-carbon element, to increase performance. These kind of stainless steels are not 100% rust proof, and will require careful handling. Any good quality kitchen knife should be kept away from the dishwasher, as the combination of salt, humidity and heat are not beneficial for the knife’s cutting edge. A sharp knife is a safe knife — use a honing rod to keep a fine edge, and sharpen with a stone when necessary.
