Le Parfait’s classic clip-top terrine jar, with smooth flat tapering sides allowing easier access to set preserves. Perfect for pickling, storing of dry foods or sourdough starters, as well as terrine making. Genuine Le Parfait jars have been made in France for over 70 years, to the original design, and to the exacting French gastronomical standards. Made of pressed glass, with raised glass logo, comes with rubber ring for creating an air-tight seal. Diameter 113.5mm, Height 107.1mm, Capacity 500ml.

Care Advice

The glass jars are suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher, but metal parts can and should be removed before doing so — these should be hand-washed only to prevent rust and increase longevity. These jars are suitable for freezing, but shock temperature changes must be avoided. Additionally, when freezing liquids the jars must not be over filled, and must taper outwards at the top — liquids expand as they freeze, and a taper allows room to do so without cracking the jar.
