This substantial linen is perfect for multiple uses in the kitchen — from drying dishes, grabbing hot pans, covering dough to rise, cleaning and more. Linen is a highly durable fabric which will only improve with age, becoming softer and more absorbent over time. Complete with a cotton loop for easy hanging.
Designed by Yumiko Sekine, founder of Fog Linen Works. Sekine started her first business in 1993 importing goods from around the world to Japan — finding a shortage of affordable, high-quality linen, she travelled to Lithuania in 1999, where a long tradition of flax cultivation and linen production inspired a partnership with a local manufacturer. What began as a collection of seven textile products has since grown into an extensive range of linen towels and cloths, as well as a range of household products created in collaboration with skilled artisans from India.
Measures 45cm by 65cm. Machine wash under 30ºc and air dry or tumble dry on a low heat to prevent shrinkage or damage to the natural fibres. Made in Lithuania.
