A face cloth, woven in Sweden by Växbo Lin of 100% linen. Quick-drying and absorbent with a gentle exfoliating effect. Moisten the washcloth well with lukewarm water and use it to remove your cleansing product. Then rinse the washcloth thoroughly with water and possibly a bit of mild soap, and hang it up to dry for next time. Växbo Lin represents a recent renewal of Sweden’s once strong textile industry in a locale historically known for its linen cultivation and processing. With guidance from the local mothers and grandmothers who worked in the original scutching factories of the 1950’s, Växbo Lin opened its doors in 1990 to allow linen production to flourish in Trolldalen once more. Measures 33cm by 33cm. Before using the cloth for the first time, it should be machine washed at 60°C to make it soft and absorbent. Wash the washcloth in the machine at 60°C or alternatively boil it in a pot with water and detergent about once a week with daily use. Do not tumble dry. The linen is natural, so when the cloth has worn out, it can be composted.
