English Hard Anodised Roasting Tray with Handles

Hard anodised aluminium has a highly durable surface, typically twice as hard as stainless steel. Its surface will never peel, flake or blister (unlike non sticks) and it also won’t buckle. Over time, if used correctly, this roasting tray will build up a Patina which will make it virtually non-stick. Aluminium is an extremely efficient heat conductor, heating up quickly and producing a consistent even bake. Made in Birmingham by Samuel Groves, manufacturers of quality cookware since 1817. The tray measures approximately 37cm by 26.5cm by 7cm, whilst the length across the handles is 45.3cm.
