This 24cm chefs pan is made using material composed of 90% Copper and 10% Stainless Steel. Copper diffuses heat evenly and quickly, creating the most responsive utensil that is a real pleasure to own. This perfectly balanced long-lasting pan is the ultimate kitchen tool for frying, sauteing and stir-frying. A hybrid between a frying pan and a wok with the capacity of a saucepan, the chef pan allows for true versatility.
