This 16cm lidded saucepan is made using material composed of 90% Copper and 10% Stainless Steel. Copper diffuses heat evenly and quickly, creating the most responsive utensil that is a real pleasure to own. The Stainless-steel interior is nonreactive to acid and natural minerals, making it safe to use and easy to clean. Hand wash only. Suitable for use on gas, electric and ceramic hobs, these pans can also be used in an oven. Made in Birmingham by Samuel Groves, manufacturers of quality cookware since 1817.
