A wooden handled bread knife from French maker Opinel, who have been making knives in the Savoie region of France since 1890. This light, sharp bread knife glides through any kind of bread with ease. Its curved shape assists with slicing, enabling the accurate slicing of even the crustiest of sourdough loaves. The stainless steel blade, which is 21cm tall and 2mm-thick, is extremely resilient to rust. It is fitted with a comfortable beech wood handle, which has been covered in a protective varnish to make it moisture-resistant.
