Pallarès Solsona Professional Chef's Knife, 15cm

A high quality chefs knife with excellent balance, making it perfect for chopping, slicing and dicing. This knife is part of Pallarès' Professional range, showcasing their long-practised expertise, and features a 15cm high-carbon stainless steel blade and blonde box wood handle. Each blade is made, stamped and hand-ground in Catalonia at the workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès, the one surviving knife and tool maker in a town once dotted with small manufacturers. Now with a workforce of 15 the management still split their time between administrative necessity and manual craft production. Hand wash only, dry after use.
