Seasoned with Sussex flax oil for a hardwearing, repairable, and naturally very low stick finish, which like all traditional iron and steel pans will improve rather than degrade with use and age. Suitable for use on all hobs, this crepe pan has lower sides than the standard frying pan, so you can easily slide out your freshly created crepe onto its awaiting plate, while the wooden handle means you can keep on turning out the crepes without needing to worry about the handle becoming hot.
