A high quality Santoku knife with 7" stainless steel blade and classic Sabatier black handle. This high-quality knife has excellent balance, making it perfect for chopping, slicing and dicing (Santoku translates as 'Three Virtues', meaning it will do all three). The hollow-edge allows small air pockets to form during slicing, which prevents food from sticking to the blade. Made by K Sabatier, one of the two original Sabatier families working from Theirs, France, and a company renowned for the quality of their classic hand-ground knives.
