Skeppshult Swedish Cast Iron Frying Pan, Walnut Handle, 26cm

Skeppshult Swedish Cast Iron Frying Pan, Walnut Handle, 26cm
£139.00
Ex Tax: £115.83
A hefty, durable cast iron frying pan perfect for any kitchen, with a  walnut wood handle that allows you to pick up and move without a mitt or glove. A heritage brand, Skeppshult has been making reliable, cast iron products in Sweden since 1906. Made using scorching 1,500°C molten iron poured into sand moulds which are used once, and then recycled, making each pan unique. Provides excellent heat distribution and retention for consistent, even cooking. Use to sear, sauté, bake, broil, braise, or grill — in the oven, on the stove, on the grill, or over a campfire.  The first few times you cook, it is recommended to use a bit more oil than usual to start building up the seasoning, and hold off on cooking acidic foods for your first few uses — once the seasoning builds up, your cookware will handle any food with ease. Wash by hand immediately after use with warm water — you’ll find it easiest to clean while it’s still warm. To avoid rust, do not soak, leave in the sink, or put cookware in the dishwasher. Induction safe.
