English Heavy Rectangular Baking Sheet

A heavy duty, 2mm thick black iron sheet with a large 3/4" stepped rim to assist in lifting out of the oven when wearing oven gloves. Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish, this tray (developed by Netherton foundries with Val Stones of Bake Off fame) is perfect for biscuits, breads, pastries and much more. Can be used in very hot ovens, safe up to at least 300ºC (572ºF). Hand made in Shropshire by Netherton Foundry, a company committed to sustainable sourcing and local manufacturing. Measures about 38cm wide and 33cm deep including about 3cm of lip.
