Swedish Birch Cutting Board, Small

A simple cutting or serving board, in untreated birch with a hole for carrying and hanging, made by Iris Hantverk of Sweden, who have provided fair employment for the visually impaired in their craft workshops in Sweden and latterly Estonia since the nineteenth century. We recommend that these are oiled before use (and regularly after that) to improve durability, water resistance, and help prevent cracking. Best rinsed and dried after washing, or wiped with a clean damp cloth. A rectangular board measuring 32.5cm by 18.5cm by 1.8cm.
