A 100% 'European Masters of Linen’ linen, herringbone weave table runner, measuring 43cm x 150cm. A timeless classic, this Scandinavian natural and white runner will create a beautiful centrepiece for any table. Woven by the master weavers at Lapuan Kankurit, in the Ostrobothnian district of western Finland — a fourth-generation weaving family, who have been creating their beautiful linen fabrics for over 45 years. Set up initially by husband and wife Juha and Liisa Hjelt, Lapuan Kankurit is now run by their son Esko and his wife Jaana. Devoted to their craft, they weave nothing but the absolute best quality, with uncompromising workmanship, using only natural raw materials, such as linen and wool. All their linen is grown in Central Europe using as they describe it only earth and rainwater.
