Jack Welbourne Stoneware Baking Dish

A hand-thrown, heavy stoneware cooking pot, has a beautiful ash glaze to the interior. Ideal for all kinds of oven roasting and baking — a perfect oven-to-table dish. Made in Cardiff by studio potter Jack Welbourne and glazed using Jack’s hand-mixed glazes. After training in Cardiff and Gothenburg, Sweden, Welbourne set up his studio where he produces gas-fired wheel-thrown stoneware in red stoneware clay mined in Cornwall, using hand-mixed glazes. Diameter approximately 25cm.
