English Enamel Roasting Pan, Large, Grey

A solidly made enamelled steel roasting pan, made in England (a rare thing). This vitreous enamel cookware, is triple fired in Birmingham kilns (Bingley, to be precise) on heavy gauge steel sheet pressed in Oldham. A satisfyingly heavy roasting pan, which gives a much more even heat distribution and a better cooked result. Measuring 33.5cm x 33.5cm, with 5cm deep sides, this roasting pan is both beautiful and functional, and great for oven-to-table serving.
