High quality 18/10 stainless steel ice-cream scoop, designed and manufactured in Italy by Piazza, the original inventor of this type of mechanical scoop. A sturdy and satisfying mechanism enables the effortless creation and subsequent deployment of a perfect sphere of ice-cream (or, dare we say it, gelato). First patented by Gianni Piazza in 1961 the design, tested by means of more than 1,000,000 balls of ice cream, has remained unchanged since. Dishwasher safe.
