Sheffield Made Sharpening Steel, Rosewood Handle

A high-quality sharpening steel, produced in Sheefield by Taylor's Eye Witness. Great for honing all kinds of kitchen knives to a true edge. The easiest way to use a sharpening steel is to hold it vertically against a board and then, holding your knife with the  sharp edge pointing downwards, run your blade down one side several times at about 22 degrees to the steel, then repeat on the other side (there are lots of how-to videos out there for guidance).
