Spanish Grape Harvesting Knife

A small grape harvesting knife, hand forged in the Catalonian  workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès, the one surviving knife maker in a town once dotted with manufacturers. With a comfortable turned beechwood handle, the hooked carbon-steel blade aids with the efficient harvesting of bunches of grapes, or other hanging fruit and vegetables. Blade measure 6 x 8cm, handle 9cm. Carbon steel is extremely hard, thereby guaranteeing excellent cutting quality, good wear resistance and easy regrinding. Carbon can corrode easily, so it is advised that users avoid damp locations and wipe and grease the blade after use.
