A sturdy oyster shucker, with a 6cm long, 3.5cm wide stainless steel blade and a generous, 8cm wide protective plate to ensure you come to no harm whilst preparing your dinner. A classic design, with hard resin handle, full tang blade held in place with stainless steel rivets. A full tang allows for great balance and leverage capabilities. Full lenth 16cm.
