Dux Double Sharpener, Black

A long-time classic, this sturdy container sharpener has been made by Dux in Germany since 1936. Made from Duroplast (a close relative of Bakelite and Formica) — as the name suggests, this material is durable and long-lasting. Duroplast is a fibre-reinforced plastic, most famously used for the bodywork of the Trabant — the people's car of the German Democratic Republic. Mounted inside the lid is a double hole sharpener, suitable for most pencils up to 12mm diameter. The container has a good capacity, meaning that you can sharpen to your heart's content, with only occasional emptyings. Replacement blades available.
