Ukrainian Enamel Casserole 5.5l, Blue

A 5.5 litre lidded light blue enamel casserole from Ukraine. Firing in a traditional kiln results in slight variations of temperature and therefore colour and nature of finish. All our Ukrainian enamelware is triple coated onto a heavy steel base, is dishwasher safe, does not taint food with novel chemicals or flavours, and should you wish is suitable for use on all standard (including induction) hobs. The 5.5 litre casserole pot measures approximately 24cm diameter and a little under 17cm high, 30cm across the handles, about 24.5cm total height with the lid, and about 24.5cm across the lid.
