A solidly made enamelled steel roasting pan, made in England (a rare thing). This vitreous enamel cookware, is triple fired in Birmingham kilns (Bingley, to be precise) on heavy gauge steel sheet pressed in Oldham. A satisfyingly heavy roasting pan, which gives a much more even heat distribution and a better cooked result. Measuring 33cm x 24cm, with 5cm deep sides, this roasting pan is both beautiful and functional, and great for oven-to-table serving.

Care Advice

Enamel can chip upon impact. Provided there are only chips on the exterior surface the item will still be safe to use. We recommend repurposing or disposing of enamel products chipped on the interior surface. Enamel is suitable for oven use, but should always be left to cool down before washing. Enamel is generally dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing especially when items are chipped.
