Olive Wood Individually Shaped Serving Board, Small

A rustic style serving board, perfect for nibbles like charcuterie, or baked goods. Hand made in North Africa from sustainably sourced Italian olive wood, revealing the wonderful nature of the wood's unique grain — often twisted, knotted and gnarled with shades of golden brown.  Care as you would for any other wooden cutting or serving board — wash with hot soapy water, never leave soaking wet and give it a bit of food-safe mineral oil once in a while when it's looking thirsty. Please do expect varying wood grain, widths and shapes as this is a hand finished item, each piece works with the available raw materials and reflects the characterful nature of the small and twisty olive tree. Measures approximately 30cm long with varying widths and shapes (each is unique).
