Victorinox Pastry Spatula, Maple & Stainless Steel

A high-quality, Swiss-made stainless steel spatula with a maple wood handle, ideal for making pastries. Built with perfect balance and just the right amount of flex, this spatula is designed with the frosting of cakes in mind, but can also be used for cutting pastry doughs. Made by Victorinox, a renowned company founded in 1884 known for their manufacturing of Swiss army knives. Measures 30cm in length, with a 20cm blade. We recommend hand washing this item. The wooden handle should be treated with oil if required.
