Triangle Mezzaluna Concave Mincing Board, Ash

A uniquely concave cutting board made in a small wood workshop in Solingen of sustainably managed German ash, designed for use with Triangle’s Stainless Steel Mezzaluna or Mincing Knife. The perfectly formed surface ensures that the material to be cut always collects in the middle of the board, allowing the mincing knife to achieve the best results. Please make sure to hand wash this item and dry this item after use, to ensure best condition. Oil with a food-safe mineral oil, or beeswax conditioner, if ever the board looks thirsty — or once every few months. Mezzaluna knife sold separately.
