A simple beechwood crepe spatula from the Italian company, Eppicotispai — located in the Lago Maggiore region in the foothills of the Swiss Alps. Used in the spreading of crepes onto a pan, as well as releasing them from the cooking surface. We recommend oiling the wood periodically with a neutral oil to keep it in tip top shape. Hand wash only. Measures 31 x 4 x 1 cm.
