Made in Aichi Prefecture in Japan by Marumitsu Poterie, established in 1950, who create table and kitchenwares embracing both traditional and modern ceramic techniques, using a diverse range of natural materials (porcelain, stoneware, earthenware and open-fire resistant earthenware). Their collection of tableware and donabes are made from natural clay excavated from the Japanese mountains, shaped and glazed by hand, with dipped or hand-brushed glazes. Measures 11.5cm in diameter, and with a height of 9cm. Microwave and dishwasher safe, but not oven safe.
