Italian Beechwood Polenta Plate or Serving Tray, 35cm

A traditional Italian thick, circular wooden polenta platter for the serving of food at the table, great for breads, cheeses and fruit, frittata, tapas or small bites, or for the more traditional use of serving spread with freshly cooked polenta and topped with a tasty ragout. Turned from beechwood in Italy by Panetta Casalinghi, who have been producing traditional kitchen tools from wood for over 50 years. Hand wash only, and treat with food safe oil such as camellia oil or our wooden chopping board conditioner if  looking a bit dry, to ensure a long and useful life. Measures 35cm in diameter with a height of 4cm.
