A little leather scabbard or sheath made entirely from natural regenerated leather, an environmentally-friendly material created with waste leather fibres combined with plant based materials. This little pouch will protect both you and your knife, and is compatible with Opinel No.8 and No.6 knives, but will fit any small pocket knife. A leather chord means that this pouch can be tied to backpacks and belt loops. Opinel have been producing their iconic pocket knives in the Savoie region of France since 1890. 

Care Advice

Hand wash and dry well with a soft cloth immediately after use. Ensure the knife is never left sitting in wet conditions. High quality stainless steel knives will often include a high-carbon element, to increase performance. These kind of stainless steels are not 100% rust proof, and will require careful handling. A sharp knife is a safe knife — use a honing rod to keep a fine edge, and sharpen with a stone when necessary.
