Cut, ground, polished and sharpened by hand in Massachusetts, this full-tang knife has a tapering handle with a cut-away thumb hold at the blade end, making it comfortable and easy to grip. Paring knives are perfect for more fiddly prepping like deboning, halving berries and tomatoes, and general in-hand work. Made by Lamson, America’s oldest surviving cutlery company, operating out of Massachusetts since 1837.
