Niwaki Japanese Sakura-Handled Nakiri Fruit Knife

A pocket-friendly stainless steel culinary and garden knife, ideal for paring and dividing fruit, but also light horticultural use — picking fruit and flowers, as well as a more general purpose camping or picnicking knife. With a sakura handle and sheath to protect pockets as well as hampers from the sharpness of the blade. Being stainless steel this will withstand moisture better than carbon steel, but it’s worth bearing in mind soaking or machine washing will damage the wood. About 212mm overall length, with a blade of 90mm.
