A pair of multi-purpose stainless steel kitchen scissors, with a serrated, curved blade, based on that of poultry shears, and a bone notch for tackling joints. These scissors are great for cutting meat into chunks over the pan, cutting herbs or beans, baking paper, and a multitude of other kitchen uses. These scissors also feature integral lid priser, can opener and nut crackers, and have take-apart blades for easy cleaning and sharpening. Drop forged from AISI 420 stainless steel, they are finished with red-lacquered bows for a comfortable grip.
Made in Italy by Gruffé Cutlery Associates, an independent association of scissor and medical instrument manufacturers based in Como, north of Milan. Founded in 1961, Gruffé have been working closely with makers local to the Como area, enhancing consistency and quality within the art of drop-forged blades and instruments. These scissors measure 22cm, with a blade length of 8.5cm.
