Manufactured with an adjustable nut and bolt pivot screw for easy cleaning and fine-tuned precision, with black-lacquered bows for a comfortable grip.
Made in Italy by Gruffé Cutlery Associates, an independent association of scissor and medical instrument manufacturers based in Como, north of Milan. Founded in 1961, Gruffé have been working closely with makers local to the Como area, enhancing consistency and quality within the art of drop-forged blades and instruments.
