A handled scrubbing brush, made from beech with bristles of union blend - a mix of hard palmyra palm and softer tampico fibres. The Swedish tradition of visually impaired craftsmen finding work in the manufacture of brushes continues today in the form of Iris Hantverk, which employs over 30 such individuals producing some of the world’s most beautiful and high quality brushes. A little over 20cm in length.

Care Advice

Keep dry when not in use. In the case of wet-use brushes, please shake any excess moisture from the bristles, and dry hanging up or on a surface with the bristles facing down. Clean brushes only when necessary with a little dish soap and hot water, making sure to dry thoroughly. Condition the wooden surface every now and then with a beeswax furniture polish, or mineral oil, to prevent cracks or splitting.
