Beck-olja Swedish pine-tar balm

Pine tar oil harvested and kilned in the boreal forests of Swedish Lapland. Traditionally carried throughout northern Scandinavia, especially by those living and working outdoors and prized as a remedy for the infernal biting of the mygg (mosquito) and knott (midge) from which personal experience suggests it does provide some relief when applied thoroughly to exposed skin. Only a very small amount is needed and this can be diluted with a suitable light carrier oil for more even coverage. 25ml.
