An unusually heavy gauge steel cake tin pre-seasoned with Sussex flax oil giving a slightly uneven graphite black finish. Pressed and finished in Shropshire by Netherton Foundry, a company with a noted commitment to sustainable sourcing and local manufacturing. Flax seasoning results in a hardwearing, repairable, and naturally very low stick finish which should improve rather than degrade with age and use. 22cm / 8.5 inch diameter.
